Role overview
You are in charge of accompanying the Department of Oncology in its IT needs.
In a transversal engineering activity, you design, search for and develop solutions for the rational, safe and efficient use of computer means, in collaboration with users.
You define service contracts (SLA) with the applicable respondents.

Application process
- You are assessing new applications taking into account the existence, organization and issues of TND-IA and the institution.
- With the domain managers, you work in transversal with the teams of engineers, analysts, technicians and technicians of the service of the DTN-IA, and in interface with the suppliers and users of the computer system.
- As a project leader, you bring your expertise on projects of different kinds.
- For example, you set specifications, specifications and guide implementation.
- You assess the resources required, the risks and the budgets, and set the work schedule.
- You implement and deploy internal or external IT solutions (applications, developed or commercial components, transfer of technology): compliance with HUG standards, creation and maintenance of data exchange components and portals, implementation of system monitoring tools.
- You implement computer aspects in the context of moving projects, creating consultations in or out of the hospital.
- You are participating in projects to secure / standardize / migrate solutions and infrastructures identified as shadow IT and other IT projects.
Company and context
- You ensure that you implement the organization and working methods defined within the TND-IA.
- In addition, you are responsible for level 2 and level 3 user support in relation to other TND-IA services and/or publishers of implemented solutions and participate in cross-cutting studies at TND-IA.
- You perform other duties at the request of supervisors and participate in the coordination sessions within the domain, TND-IA and DONCO.
