For a longterm project at our client in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and open-minded Delivery Director – Data Lakehouse & AI Platform .

Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Delivery Director / Programme Director to lead both the bid and delivery phases of a strategic Data Lakehouse & AI Platform initiative for a major Swiss healthcare organization. This role combines executive-level delivery leadership, public tender expertise, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of modern data platform architectures and AI-enabled ecosystems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the delivery strategy during the tender phase and, subject to contract award, leading the end-to-end implementation and long-term delivery of the platform.

Your Tasks

• Own and lead all delivery-related aspects of the bid process
• Define the overall delivery strategy, governance model, and implementation approach
• Contribute to the preparation and submission of the complete bid package
• Lead delivery-related customer presentations, auditions, and evaluation sessions
• Coordinate and manage the Proof of Concept (PoC)
• Ensure delivery feasibility, resource planning, quality assurance, and timeline adherence
• Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of the Data Lakehouse & AI Platform
• Lead mobilisation, implementation, testing, go-live, and stabilisation activities
• Establish and manage programme governance, reporting, and decision-making structures
• Oversee resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery milestones
• Manage commercial topics including TCO, SLAs, rate cards, contracts, and change requests
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders and executives
• Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, quality, budget, and timelines

Your Profile
