Key requirements
- Fort d'une expérience dans la direction et le développement de collaborateurs, idéalement dans un environnement axé sur les données, vous apportez une base solide.
- Vous possédez une bonne compréhension de la gestion des données ainsi que des processus métier pilotés par les données et automatisés.
- Vous êtes familier·ère avec les méthodes de travail agiles et orientées produit et avez des connaissances dans l'environnement SAFe. Idéalement, vous avez de l'expérience dans l'environnement SAP, en particulier SAP MDG et S/4HANA.
- Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire (HES/Univ.) en informatique de gestion, Data Science ou dans une discipline comparable ; idéalement complété par une formation en leadership.
- Vous maîtrisez l'allemand à un niveau professionnel (C1) ; toute autre langue nationale constitue un atout.
