• Ensuring customer satisfaction and hospitality by applying our principles of excellence
• Respond to requests from our in-store customers as well as those made by telephone
• Process special requests and client claims
• Treatment of claims and returns of goods

WHAT DISTINCE YOU

• You are currently in higher education (Bachelor EHL type or HES degree) and have experience at a reception or concierge service in a luxury establishment.
• You can justify good administrative management skills (improachable spelling).
• You have an excellent relationship, a very good presentation and offer excellent quality customer service.
• You can cope with a large workload, be flexible and versatile.
• Your team spirit allows you to collaborate with different sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of French and English (oral and written) is required. Any other spoken language is an important asset.
