- This role is ideal for someone passionate about data analysis, insights generation, and dashboard creation, with a strong interest in improving employee and guest experience as well as direct channel sales through measurable impact. The objective of the role is two-fold:
- optimize DTC performance by identifying and activating key growth levers that improve revenue generation in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sub-channels across markets, increasing conversion, channel effectiveness and operational and investment efficiency Location: Geneva, Switzerland (On-site)
- Contract Duration: 6 months from August/September 2026
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across Customer Journey deliverables and reporting.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, with clear data-based recommendations to support decision-making, leveraging data visualization combined with depth of insights. Your Journey so far
- Currently enrolled in Business, Data Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field School Agreement is mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into structured insights
