Full description

As part of your function, you ensure the supervision of the Beau-Séjour basin and the users, hosting daily a patientele in rehabilitation. You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and internal regulations and actively participate in accident prevention. You intervene in the event of an incident or accident in accordance with the procedures in force, including rescue, first aid, cardiac massage and the use of automatic defibrillator. You welcome, inform and mentor users, adopt appropriate behaviour in the face of a diverse clientele and are able to defuse sensitive or conflict situations. You are kindly communicating by creating a climate of trust. You ensure the proper functioning of the facilities, the control and technical intervention according to the defined protocols, the control of the equipment, the order and the cleanliness of the premises (cleaning of changing rooms and other areas). You report any anomalies and ensure the transmission of the necessary information to the hierarchy. The position requires rigour, a strong sense of responsibility, good physical condition and the ability to manage emergency situations.
