For the court management secretariat and the human resources service of the central legal office, we are looking for a court management assistant in job sharing immediately or by appointment (mandatorily Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday all day) 60% Your area of responsibility includes in particular ̶ management of the court management secretariat ̶ taking minutes at internal meetings ̶ preparatory work in connection with the annual individual wage increases ̶ processing complex issues and demanding special cases in the personnel area (accident, Illness, etc.) ̶ Personnel planning for judges and court clerks ̶ Supervision of personnel changes ̶ Assistance with reporting and year-end work ̶ Preparation of employment references

- You have basic commercial or equivalent basic training or a high school diploma and have already gained professional experience, preferably in the human resources sector.
- You then have very good computer user skills (MS Office products, especially Excel and Word, preferably also SAP and ProTime).
