- Drive market penetration in key growth segments including: Establish relationships with: OEMs, Independent Service Providers (ISPs), Wind farm owners and operators, engineering and maintenance partners Promote solution-selling rather than product-selling approaches.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and technical conferences.
- Develop and execute market growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify future technology trends and customer challenges.
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, and Technical Service teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
- Initiate strategic projects and support their successful transition into the commercial execution phase.
- Perform product trainings and demonstrations for internal stakeholders and end customers
