We offer you the opportunity to join the human resources team of the Department of Medicine as part of an approved intra-curricular internship lasting six months.
The Department of Medicine's HR team is made up of six HR professionals supporting several thousand employees on a daily basis as well as the department's line managers.

Company and context
- You will have the opportunity to discover a local HR function, at the heart of the human and organizational challenges of a large university hospital.
- Alongside the team, you participate in the administrative monitoring of employees throughout their professional career.
- You contribute to the preparation of HR documents, the monitoring of administrative files, data management and various support activities essential to the proper functioning of the team.
- You also provide support for the department's internal communication by participating in the writing of content, the preparation of presentations, the updating of information materials as well as the dissemination of communications intended for employees.
- In direct contact with managers, employees and internal partners, you develop a concrete understanding of field HR activities.
- You are required to respond to various requests, direct people to the appropriate resources and contribute to the quality of the service provided by the HR team.
- Your rigor, your sense of organization and your attention to detail allow you to manage several activities simultaneously while guaranteeing the quality of the information processed.
- With an excellent sense of service, you appreciate teamwork, demonstrate discretion and know how to adapt your communication to a variety of people.
- Curious or curious, proactive and solution-oriented, you have the opportunity to participate in different HR projects and make your contribution to the continuous improvement of the services offered to employees of the Department of Medicine.
