The Bank Raiffeisen Cities and Vineyards Geneva is looking for an advisor to the Private Customer for one of its agencies located on the right bank of Geneva.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and support clients
• Provide advice on basic benefits such as savings, payments, investments and provision
• Develop solutions tailored to the client's needs, taking into account his/her personal circumstances
• Guide our customers in the use of digital banking tools
• Identify and optimize customer potential through active portfolio tracking
• Collaborate on market prospecting measures, in particular during contact campaigns
• Manage and service cash to customers and self-service devices
• Completing administrative tasks and internal controls related to the function

Anforderungen

• Completed banking training or experience in customer service or commercial service
• Experience 2 to 3 years (minimum) in a similar function
• Excellent relational skills and developed sense of customer service
• Commitment, proactivity and strong customer orientation
