• Position to be filled as soon as possible for a 2-year mission -

We are looking for a Movement Builder to strengthen our Technical Office. You will ensure the alignment of our portfolio of existing calibres as well as the optimization of our technical data. As such, you will actively participate in the life cycle of the product, the remediation of its CAD data, and you will position yourself as a reference for the transition of characteristics in our PLM within the Manufacture.

HOW DO YOU HAVE AN IMPACT?

OPTIMIZATION AND COA COMPLIANCE

• Participate in the conformity of our mechanical and/or quartz constructions in complete autonomy.
• Apply drawing standards according to our standards and ISO GPS tolerance.
• Rebuilding and upgrading old 3D models to optimize our database.

Project monitoring and PLM processes

• Manage the entire process of evolution and traceability of new components in the PLM (Windchill).
• Pilot and monitor data processing through collaborative tools (updating indicators and regular reporting).
• Work closely with the Valfleurier teams (BT / Industrialization / Data Management) and the Maisons du Groupe Richemont.
• Be proactive in the continuous improvement process.
• Respond to the specific technical demands of production and Maisons du Groupe Richemont.

STANDARDIZATION AND CAPITALIZATION

• Be a force for proposals on the evolution of our methodologies for the development and management of technical data.
• Ensure compliance with the guidelines and instructions of the Product Development team.
• Formalize the results and capitalize on our feedback to advance our construction standards.

HOW ARE YOU TO BE USED WITH US?

• Holder of an ES technician or engineer degree, you have at least 3 years experience in the design or construction or industrialization of mechanical / quartz movements.
• Excellent mastery of CAD and PLM (ideally PTC Creo and Windchill), FAO a plus.
• Strong skills and rigour in applying ISO GPS rating.
• Mastery of common computer tools (continued Office).
• Strict profile, with great attention to detail and ease with the Master Data
• Good team spirit and relationshipal sense.
• The mastery of the English one plus.
