The legal service of SRG guides the company and its employees safely through the legislation and regulations and ensures the legal integrity of the company.

This is your contribution.

In the legal service you are involved in the following topics:

• They advise and support the Board of Directors, Director General and Executive Board on corporate law and regulatory issues at the interface of media, politics and law. Ideally, you will have knowledge of broadcasting law.
• They help shape SRG’s corporate governance and legally support organizational, structural and transformation projects.
• They support the decision-makers of the SRG in the application of internal regulations and develop these regulations further.
• They edit and review contracts, advise and support internal customers in contract negotiations, especially in the area of procurement of infrastructure, hardware and software.

• You have experience in a company, in public administration or in a law firm in the areas of company law and/or contract law, ideally with a Swiss patent.
• They have very good digital knowledge and a high affinity for new technologies.
• They are an open-minded, tackling and resilient personality with strong communication skills and customer orientation and know how to move safely towards different stakeholders.
• They like to work pragmatically and solution-oriented, have analytical, editorial and conceptual skills, negotiate skillfully and purposefully.
• They are native German, communicate orally and in writing safely in French and have a good knowledge of English.
• You are distinguished by team spirit and appreciate a cooperative and interdisciplinary way of working, with an interest in the different language regions of Switzerland.
