SFS is a supplier of screws and tools, fittings, construction and civil engineering products, special parts and chemical-technical products throughout Switzerland. We offer our customers professional advice both online, by visits as well as in our local sales subsidiaries. Many external service employees deal with clients with recommendations and proposals for competent solutions. This includes an assortment suitable for the market. In the metal construction sector, we are the competent and reliable delivery partner for our customers. For the development of the canton of Geneva, we are looking for an experienced sales advisor in the external service. Your Tasks:

• Sales advice for our products to metal construction companies
• Active market prospecting and customer monitoring
• Regular visits by clients and their technical staff and processing of requests
• Skilled reading of technical plans and intensive customer advice on the choice of rails
• Active and proactive monitoring of offers and orders in collaboration with the internal service
• Responsibility for processing and follow-up of client complaints to satisfaction
• Contact and regular collaboration with key suppliers
• Regular training on products and services
• Close collaboration with internal service and external service colleagues
• Responsibility for a region as well as strengthening our market presence Your profile:
• Technical training in metal construction and/or draughtsman with proven experience in the field
• Additional business training or retail hardware manager an asset
• External Service Experience
• Readability and interpretation of technical drawings in lockhouse
• Excellent relational skills, oriented solution while having fun in accompanying our clients in their projects and mandates.
