As part of a project to overramp the clinic building and one-man-time facility, we are looking for a driver. THE PROJECT Develop an elevation on an existing building to create new areas of accommodation for the operation of the medical group. The project will combine technical performance, time and cost control, regulatory compliance and maintenance of a safe environment for users and teams.

• Your mission Attached to the management of Arsanté Services SA and accompanied by the project managers, you will participate in the operational pilotage of a high-rise site in Geneva, from the preparation of the work to the reception and operation of the new medical premises.
• Your main responsibilities will be involved in the preparation, planning and phase-taking of the project.

Monitor progress, progress, deadlines, quality of execution and costs, then produce a clear report. Prepare and co-animate construction site sessions, write minutes and follow up decisions. Monitor on-site work, identify gaps and contribute to the rapid resolution of problems. Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulatory requirements and project standards. Organize controls, tests, receptions, reserve clearances and the delivery of final documentation.

• Your profile Technical training in the building: ES/HES diploma, architecture, civil engineering, engineering engineer, design designer with development of construction site, or equivalent training.

Mastery of office automation tools; ease with a software of planning and/or monitoring of the worksite appreciated. French current to oral and written; desired driver's license. Meaning of the, organization, reliability, practical spirit, constructive communication and ability to priorize.
