The Human Resources Directorate's main mission is to ensure the development of the human capital of the institution in view of organizational evolution. The Centre de formation et de développement des HUG (CFD) develops and deploys a set of programmes and measures to ensure that the HUGs have the skills necessary to carry out their mission and that each staff member can achieve his or her full potential and remain at the forefront of his or her profession. The activities of the Centre include specialized care training and continuing training.

Description of post

As a technical-pedagogical multimedia specialist, you contribute to the design, implementation and evolution of innovative training systems that meet the needs of the various public and trades of the institution. You support project teams in the analysis of educational, technological and multimedia needs, identifying the most relevant digital solutions and providing expert advice on technical choices and implementation modalities. You are actively involved in the scenarization of courses, paying particular attention to the user experience and the commitment of learners. You ensure the design and production of content, from the development of storyboards to testing, validation and production, in collaboration with professional experts, teaching, technical and external providers. You guarantee the consistency, quality and compatibility of solutions developed with the institution's digital environments. You also ensure the quality, compatibility, maintenance and continuous improvement of existing devices. Finally, thanks to active monitoring of digital learning technologies and trends, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence, you are contributing to the innovation of practices and projects aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of the training offer.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor in Learning, Computer Science, Multimedia, Communication, Human Resources or an equivalent degree, ideally complemented by a specialization in e-learning or pedagogical engineering. You benefit from at least three years of experience in the design, production and deployment of digital training content and master the main authors and multimedia tools, including Articulate 360, Genially, Camtasia and Adobe Suite, as well as audio and video production solutions. Certification on these tools and knowledge in web development are assets. At ease with new technologies and solutions based on artificial intelligence, you can mobilize them to improve the design processes, user experience and effectiveness of training devices. Creative or creative, autonomous and orientated results, you have excellent analytical, conceptualization and synthesis capabilities, as well as an acute sense of organisation and quality. Your customer orientation, relationship qualities, adaptability and initiative enable you to evolve effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Finally, you master the main office and collaborative tools, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
