Your missions

As a Restaurant Room Clerk, your main tasks will be

• Ensure the installation and disposal of catering spaces according to the establishment's standards.
• warmly welcome guests and accompany them throughout their experience at the restaurant.
• Attend the Chefs of Rang in the service of dishes and drinks.
• Ensure cleanliness, storage and maintenance of restaurant rooms and work spaces.
• Participate in table dressing and resupply of equipment required for service.
• Respond to customer requests with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and current procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen and catering teams to ensure smooth and high-quality service.
• Help create a memorable customer experience by embodying hotel values and standards.
• Actively participate in the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients.
