Joining our team is evolving in a stimulating environment at the heart of digital health innovation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (APPS & UX, eHealth and telemedicine, communication, medical and care directorates, external partners) and contributing to projects with high impact for health professionals and professionals as well as for patients, in a collaborative and solutions-oriented work culture. As an administrative or administrative clerk within the innovation platform, you play a key role in the deployment and adoption of the Digital Platforms Concerto and Mon Espace PRO to professionals and professionals of the care network Genevois, collaborators and collaborators of the HUGs as well as patients. As such, you ensure the reception, the information and the support of users in the creation and activation of their account and in the use of the digital services associated with them. You are present and remote to provide a high-quality support and a smooth user experience. You participate in the permanent registrations organised within the HUGs and at external events. You are also required to travel within the partner institutions of the genevois care network (EMS, clinics, medical offices, home care services, etc.) in order to promote My Espace PRO and to assist professionals and professionals in their recruitment and recruitment. You monitor and authenticate identities in accordance with established procedures and ensure that institutional confidentiality and data protection requirements are met. You also provide first-level administrative and technical support, both in-face and remotely, to health professionals and professionals, HUG collaborators and patients, and to respond to user requests, monitor and help ensure a smooth and quality experience. You also participate in the creation, adaptation and dissemination of communication and support materials for users and users of digital platforms. In this context, you contribute to the awareness, demonstration and training actions related to the use of Concerto and My Espace PRO. In close connection with the project leaders Mon Espace PRO and Concerto, you ensure a regular reporting of field activities, user feedback and issues encountered during the permanences, recruitments and support actions. Thanks to your closeness to users, you are actively involved in identifying business needs and areas of improvement of digital platforms. You are thus helping to fuel the reflections and priorities linked to the evolutions of My Espace PRO and Concerto. Thanks to your sense of contact, your relationship ease and your service orientation, you are actively contributing to the strategy of the platform of innovation and to the adoption of digital health tools, Concerto and My Espace PRO, developed by the HUGs.
