- Participation in the sale phase, taking over contractual and financial aspects.
- Audit and opening of new projects in internal tools.
- PAHO FIN support provided in pairs with the PAHO head of the area.
- Analysis of OPS Area results, with identification and solutions proposals to ensure growth.
- Provision of training and participation in the facilitation of improvement workshops for PAHO staff.
- Ensure End support on the budget part and the steering of KST.
- Active risk and opportunity management in collaboration with the Project Manager.

- Holder of a university degree in management, ideally Bachelor or Master, in commerce or equivalent training
- Confirmed experience in conducting complex business projects (IPMA C or higher certification required)
- Mastery of project management tools and key digital tools
- In-depth knowledge of business development and essential business strategies
- Excellent organisation, autonomy and team spirit proven
- Master's degree in oral and written French, as well as good knowledge in English Knowledge of German is a major asset
