- Participation in the sales phase: contractual and financial aspects
- Auditing and opening up new projects in internal tools
- Active risk and opportunity management with Project Manager
- Co-responsibility of the Contract and Claims Management (external negotiations, claims, Change orders, correspondence, SIA 118 standards)
- Business financing: financial situation, invoice editing and payment tracking
- Ensures FRG/accountability compliance and data quality in tools
- Organization and facilitation of project review sessions
- Financial and KPI analyses in collaboration with PM
- Specific reporting and management reporting
- Competence in project closure Your talents and experience
- Holder of a university degree in management, commerce or equivalent training
- Strong experience in conducting complex business projects is required
- Mastery of project management tools and common digital tools
- In-depth knowledge of business development and business strategies is essential
- Excellent organizational capacity, autonomy and team spirit demonstrated
- Perfect mastery of French and good knowledge in English
- German would be a serious asset
