Your team

Operations ensure secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking and investment funds. Our teams ensure that all activities comply with regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern and robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable and high-quality services for asset management, asset management and real estate.

The Transaction Processing department manages the implementation and monitoring of the Group's financial operations. It intervenes on transfers of securities, cash movements, payments, transactions on financial instruments.

The Production Support team is the preferred entry point and contact point for Business Lines clients, operational teams, project managers and IT teams. It plays a central role in coordinating, testing business, changing management and documenting flows and processes. The ability to promote continuous process improvement and the quality of customer service are the values promoted by the team. Production Support acts as a real hub for communication and collaboration, promoting information sharing, mutual support and the rise of collective competence.

Your role

• Coordinate cross-cutting projects involving several teams (operational, IT, trades), organize and conduct follow-up sessions, ensure the transmission and clarity of information.
• Identify, in conjunction with operational teams, the areas for process improvement and initiate projects to optimize efficiency and reduce the operational risks of Transaction Processing teams.
• Actively participate in business analysis, testing and change management when implementing new processes.
• As part of the project, ensure that business flows and processes are documented, procedures are updated, and training materials.
• Performing 2nd level recurrent checks
• Onboarding new clients of our PAM and PAS Business Lines at the depository bank level
• Encourage cooperation and sharing of expertise by soliciting key interlocutors for concrete and efficient solutions.

Your profile

• Bachelor in finance, information systems or title deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience (5 years minimum) in banking, ideally in coordination or project management.
• Excellent knowledge of depositary bank operations and operational flows.
• Skills in project management, business analysis, testing and change management.
• Mastery of Avaloq and financial tools (an asset).
• Perfect mastery of French and English (written and oral).
• Mastery of MS Office computer tools
• Aisance with AI tools; knowledge of Jira, Sharepoint, Wiki, Phyton, WBA Excel.
• Team spirit, communication, taste for documentation and ability to mobilize the right people.
• Homes in Switzerland required.
