- You have a good knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to MSBs, the quality approaches and the management and planning tools specific to the care sector.
- You are recognized for your leadership, sense of responsibility, analytical and decision-making capacity, and for your ability to unite teams around common goals.
- You know how to combine demand, listening, discernment and a sense of dialogue, and are comfortable in an environment where the quality of human relations is an essential condition for the quality of services.
