In this mission, in close partnership with the directorates of the various fields of activity, and the heads of the HUG training and development centre, you ensure the management of a portfolio of strategic projects and the implementation of good practices in terms of pedagogical engineering, the conduct of institutional training projects and the training of trainers. In close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, you are conducting complex and large-scale projects that enrich and optimize the training offer of HUGs in order to effectively meet the skills development needs of HUG staff and other target audiences within partner entities. The training devices you create are efficient and contribute to the excellence of HUG staff skills and performance. In a highly competitive context and the shortage of certain profiles, they create a learning experience that is very favourable to the promotion of the employer brand. As a project leader or leader, you will accompany the managers and trainers of the various sectors as well as the members of the Directorates in redesigning the current training offer and in creating new and innovative training pathways. You are deploying collaborative approaches to bring new devices to life while integrating the medium- and long-term needs of learners, and ensuring the operability of different curricula. Through your field interventions you facilitate the prioritization of projects and programmes. You support CFD leaders and other stakeholders in the redesign and development of the various training services, whether they are training programmes for specialized care staff or continuing training for all HUG staff. With your methodological expertise in project management, you bring a structure and organization that ensures the smooth functioning of the cross-cutting and institutional projects entrusted to the CFD. You are the guarantor or guarantor of the organisation and progress of the various stages, the monitoring of deadlines and deliverables and the management of the human, financial and material resources associated with each project. Your active watch activity allows you to capitalize on the different methodologies, educational technologies and good practices in pedagogical engineering and you contribute to the definition and observance of standards of excellence in your field. For each pedagogical engineering project, you ensure responsibility for the decisions made and the quality of the deliverables, whether the project is carried out in-house directly by you or entrusted to other people under your responsibility or to external providers. You also ensure that the conduct of the project is consistent with current good practices and with applicable regulations, including the Market Act.
