What You Do

• You lead and accompany a team of about 20 people in charge of the management of military insurance in French-speaking Switzerland.
• You are responsible for the operational and budgetary control of your sector.
• You analyze processes, identify potential improvements and contribute to the evolution of military insurance.
• You have a relationship of trust with insured persons, medical partners, and relevant institutions and organisations.
• You link the headquarters of military insurance in Bern to activities in French-speaking Switzerland.
• As a member of the College of Executives, you are actively involved in the development of the Swiss-Western region and military insurance in Suva Geneva. What you bring
• You have a master's degree in law and a lawyer's certificate or equivalent degree.
• You have proven experience in team management, project and process management.
• You have several years of experience in the field of social insurance or people.
• French is your mother tongue and you have excellent knowledge of German.
• You stand out for your analytical spirit, your capacity for synthesis and your ease in decision-making.
• You have great relational ease and enjoy evolving within a matrix organization.
