What You Do

• You lead and motivate a team of about fifteen people (specialists, case managers and experts) in case management.
• You develop the professional skills and autonomy of your collaborators.
• Ensuring the quality of services and ensuring customer satisfaction is one of your priorities.
• You're introducing targeted measures based on key figures.
• You contribute to the development of the process and encourage effective collaboration with other sectors.
• You are actively involved in the development of case management in the regions. What you bring
• You have HES training or a federal social insurance certificate, ideally complemented by management training.
• You have several years of experience in social insurance, as well as strong knowledge of LAA and LGPA.
• Thanks to your years of experience as a manager, you are at ease to unite, motivate and support your employees in their development.
• You stand out for your analytical spirit, your sense of organization and your customer orientation.
• In French, you communicate easily in German or Italian.
