You prepare the morning production with rhythm and precision, so that each dish is ready in time and conforms to the recipes, the quantities planned and the quality standards of the restaurant.
You follow the recipes and processes rigorously, in order to guarantee a constant taste, a careful presentation and a fluid service, even when the activity rises by a step.
Completed professional learning (CFC): from cook or equivalent diploma.

You work alone in the kitchen with autonomy, you organize your priorities and you keep a clear view of each step, from the workstation to the final dressing of the products.
You provide the service by heating, completing and making available the preparations at the right time, so that the offer remains attractive, warm and ready to serve.
You place orders and maintain direct contact with customers, in order to meet their expectations, support sales and contribute to a simple and enjoyable experience. Required
3 years of experience: in a similar function.
You work autonomously and keep your temper cool when the rhythm accelerates.
You know how to move on alone, take the right priorities and run the kitchen without losing your wire.
You respect recipes, processes and hygiene rules seriously.
You like the work just, regular and well done, and you understand that quality is played out in every detail.

You apply the standards of hygiene and safety in everyday life, you control cleanliness, storage and preservation, so that the kitchen remains safe and irreproachable.
