Mission

As part of this function, which is part of our Administration and Finance Division, you will carry out conceptual and operational safety and fire protection activities in the context of protecting people, property and heritage. You will participate in the integration of security within the company and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the integration of the safety culture within Patek Philippe and transmit it.
• Collaborate on risk mapping in collaboration with the team and our external partners through regular risk analysis.
• Conceptualize, implement and improve operational processes and procedures with security partners.
• Anticipate and set safety priorities.
• Establish related guidelines, maintain documentation and ensure enforcement of security measures.
• Be able to perform security audits within an entity or for an event and define associated security concepts.
• Ensure that employees are trained in safety.
• Participate in operational fire protection activities as part of the protection of the company's persons, property and assets.
• Collaborate in the establishment of safety and fire protection projects.
• Respect fire procedures and monitor event reports.

Profile sought

• Prior experience of a 10-year mininum in the operational field of safety, ideally in industrial or tertiary environments.
• Experience in an international field is a major asset.
• Experience as a site security officer is an asset.
• CAS in safety and security or Federal Patent of private security officer, one plus.
• AEAI diploma of fire safety officer obtained, or open to training in order to obtain the diploma.
• Confirmed experience in team and/or provider management.
• Good capacity to develop and conduct safety and security training.
• Personal engagement, time availability, rigor.
• Field oriented personality, relational ease, diplomacy, power of proposal.
• English mastery, level B2 (oral and written).
• Mastery of office tools (MS Office).
