Mission

As part of this function, attached to our Movement Components Division, you will manage a workshop made up of Mechanic-Regulators and Operators in their production activities in décolletage and termination. In close collaboration with the other workshops of the Wheels service and support services to ensure the production plan in the quality criteria and standards Patek Philippe, you will be responsible for achieving the results and facilitating the Experience Collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Guide, support, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and time to achieve the goals.
• Provide support for training and the development of versatility in the workshop.
• Analyze operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, reduce waste rates and operating times.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan and ensure compliance with the Patek Philippe standards.
• Advance the workshop activity and operational processes in close coordination with other workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, internal clients and other services and divisions.

Profile sought

• Bachelor or Master in Microtechnics or Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent training.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial function.
• Mastery of machining techniques, including decolleting.
• Knowledge of production management
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and production management tools.
• Mastery of office tools (MS Office), SAP knowledge an asset.
• Ability in written and oral communication and listening.
• Ability to unite a team around a common goal.
• Strength of proposals, decision-making and organizational capacities.
• Rigor, spirit of analysis and synthesis.
• Team spirit and adaptability.
