Mission
As part of this function, attached to our Methods Division, you will participate in the definition, implementation and anchoring of the Patek Philippe production system at our various sites.
You will also lead strategic and complex projects to improve industrial performance, taking into account the production constraints and the "manufacturability" of our products and, in keeping with our commitments in terms of agility, quality and efficiency.

- Master in mechanics/microtechnics or training deemed equivalent.
- Minimum experience of 10 years in a Lean Manufacturing expert position in the field of industrial production.
- Expertise in DMAIC methodology, Lean Manufacturing tools, Six Sigma and Quality tools (8D, capability, audit, etc.).
- Mastery of management tools including SAP.
- Control of project management and risk management.
- Listening ability, relationship ease, diplomacy.
