Change Manager Cybersécurité — Talan

Full description

As part of an international IT transformation program, we are looking for a Change Manager IT to drive change around cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM) and Zero Trust projects. You will support users in adopting new solutions and processes, coordinating communication, training and follow-up actions with trades, IT and security teams.

Your responsibilities

• Define and manage the change management strategy in line with the programme roadmap.
• To analyse the impact of developments on different populations and develop appropriate accompanying plans.
• Design and deploy communications, training materials, user guides and webinars, in French and English.
• Support the deployment of new authentication solutions, including Windows Hello for Business, as well as the evolution of access management models.
• Coordinate stakeholders and prepare business teams, application managers and IT support for change.
• Monitor adoption indicators, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure reporting to programme managers and organize the transfer of activities to operational teams.
• More than 5 years of experience in leading change on large-scale transverse IT programs.
• Prosci certification or mandatory equivalent.
• University training (Bachelor or Master) in management, communication, human resources, information systems or equivalent field. Experience in an international and multicultural environment, with geographically distributed teams.
• Experience on IAM, MFA, SSO, cybersecurity or Zero Trust projects is a real asset.
• Excellent mastery of French and English, both oral and written.
• Good mastery of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage).
• Autonomy, excellent communication skills, pragmatism and the ability to bring together diverse interlocutors.
