What do we expect from you?

Attached to the International Supply Chain Director, you are responsible for the business planning for all of the company's product lines. You and your team drive and drive all the forecasting processes with regions and calculations of needs, range and novelty.

As part of your duties

• You are responsible for key downstream processes (forecasting of demand with regions, calculation of needs with supply chain upstream).
• You coordinate all the different project interlocutors on the transversal processes (new, life cycles, budget and stock, continuous improvement).
• You drive the monthly processes: sales forecasts, calculation of need, projected stock, forecast variances and budgets...
• You also lead the annual and tactical processes including S&OP.
• You promote Change Management within the central supply teams and in the regions.
• You maintain the level of excellence of the world community (dedicated training, seminar, action plan...)
• You manage a team of central planners.
