Your Daily

• Welcome each customer with generosity and create a warm, attentive and caring environment conducive to personalized advice.
• Discover our collections in their diversity, highlighting the pieces, materials and know-how.
• Advise with precision and enthusiasm, offering harmonious associations adapted to the needs and lifestyle of each customer through our trades.
• Develop sales across all categories, integrating a fluid and modern omnichannel approach.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of collections, novelties and trends while training you regularly
• Collaborate and support the team to ensure a harmonious customer experience and collective success.

The keys to your success

• Significant experience in high-end retail, with a strong understanding of the requirements of the customer relationship.
• Solid product culture and ability to evolve with ease between several business worlds, thanks to a real sensitivity to materials, finishes and quality.
• Clear and professional communication in French and English, allowing to accompany and retain a demanding clientele.
• Active listening and adaptability to accurately meet varied expectations and adjust the customer experience.
• Autonomy, agility and mastery of digital tools, supported by a natural curiosity that favours a continuous rise in competence.
• Team spirit and open mind, contributing to a fluid collective dynamics between different professions.
• Service and retail sense, ensuring an irreproachable customer experience that is consistent with home standards.
