Full description

Placed under the direct authority of the Head of Sector, you provide preventive and corrective maintenance services on ventilation, heating and air conditioning facilities.

At home, you can move things.

• You are responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs related to contracts entrusted to you at industrial, tertiary and hotel sites;
• You have to do the maintenance of cold groups and system with direct relaxation (Split, multi, VRV), fan-convectors and monoblocks, cooling towers;
• You encourage the energy transition: reporting on malfunctions, inter alia related to energy consumption;
• You ensure that your interventions are followed up by the GMAO;
• You are traveling and intervening as part of the service of periodicity;
• You ensure that non-compliances are addressed on the facilities you are responsible for;
• You are the guarantor of safety on the installations you are responsible for and, as such, you comply with the company's hygiene and safety rules.

What characterises you.

• Technical training in the CVC (CFC or equivalent);
• You have strong knowledge in the field of CCV, aeralics and hydraulics;
• You have the necessary authorizations to handle refrigerant fluids;
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in industry;
• Team spirit while being autonomous;
• Good customer relationship.
