Role overview
Attached or attached to the Chief of Palliative Care Services, you supervise multidisciplinary care in accordance with procedures established by the Centre.
You coordinate the network of palliative care referrals in collaboration with the departments as well as the various activities of the centre (organisation of symposiums, RESOPAL)
You are working with the Patient Manager (IPM) and RES to improve support.
