What You Do

• You are responsible for the complex cases of accidents from a legal point of view and for monitoring the resumption of work in collaboration with our partners.
• As part of the benefits provided by the LAA Federal Accident Insurance Act, you are involved in counselling and expertise.
• You are the preferred contact of our clients with the aim of social and professional reintegration of the accident victims.
• You coordinate the services of all the institutions and partners of the network involved.
• You make decisions based on a thorough examination of the medical, social and professional environment.
• To deal with complex cases, you are a direct contact with our medical department. What you bring
• You graduated from the CFC or higher level. Continuing training in insurance is a plus.
• You've gained professional experience in managing insurance claims and have excellent knowledge in LAA.
• As a service oriented personality, you have a strong customer orientation and are very comfortable in telephone contacts with the insured.
• You have demonstrated faculties of analysis, synthesis and decision-making.
• You are stress resistant and have ease with information and communication technologies.
• Good knowledge of German is a great asset.
