Main responsibilities
- You are the right hand of the package drivers – thanks to your support, they deliver quickly and friendly
- You know delivery and pick-up processes in your sleep – with your evaluations & reports you keep an eye on them
- If there are tour changes due to delays, outages or similar, you plan flexibly and efficiently
- If it's not so smooth, you work on deviations from the standard process customer-oriented with a high service idea Profile:
- You have completed basic commercial training (EFZ), with advantage in the transport or logistics environment
- Work between 06:00 and 20:00?
- No problem for you, because you appreciate the variety
- PC, phone, chat – there you are nimble like a weasel and serve all means of communication with links
- Oral and written you can safely express yourself in German
- You convince with your communicative and empathetic nature and thus strengthen the cooperation in the team
