Head of Caisse (100%) We are looking for an experienced manager to manage Caisse, Trésor and Cards activities in Switzerland, ensuring performance, compliance and operational excellence. YOUR MISSION: Management of Caisse-Trésor-Cartes activities

• Supervising and coordinating all operational activities
• Ensuring continuity and quality of service
• Participate in daily operational activities in support of the team
• Coordinate and harmonize the operation of the boxes on a Swiss scale, while providing technical support
• Manage performance (KPIs), analyze results and implement corrective actions
• Define and enforce quality standards to ensure optimal customer experience
• Managing sensitive situations and interacting with demanding interlocutors Internal control and risk management (key issue)
• Overseeing controls and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory framework
• Identifying, assessing and monitoring operational risks
• Ensuring the reliability and security of operations
• Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and strengthening internal controls Governance and continuous improvement
• Produce reliable and regular reporting
• Update procedures and guidelines
• Active participation in transformation projects
• Analyse existing processes and propose areas for improvement Management and team development
• Lead and organize the Geneva-based team
• Defining and monitoring individual and collective objectives, while accompanying the increase in skills

• Ensure seamless communication and optimal management of priorities, planning and resources YOUR PROFILE: Training and experience
• Confirmed experience (8-12 years) in Caisse-Trésor, a financial institution or a specialist provider.
• Experience confirmed in logistics management of precious metals
• Demonstrated managerial experience Technical expertise
• Very good control of Fund and Treasury activities, particularly related to precious metals
• Good knowledge of the regulations applicable to Caisse-Trésor activities and standards (LBMA/LPPM)
• Strong internal control and risk management skills
• Mastery of office automation tools (MS Office) Language skills
• French as a mother tongue
• English level B2 minimum
