- Proven experience in process optimization, business analysis, or project management within banking or professional services firms.

Company and context
- Ensure up-to-date documentation of business rules and processes and promote process awareness and alignment across the organization.
- Assess the impact of new product launches on existing processes and participate in user acceptance test-ing (UAT) to ensure process integrity.
- Serve as the main point of contact for process-related queries and incidents, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders.

- Reporting to the Head of Reporting Services, you will act as a subject matter expert for transversal process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to opti-mize end-to-end processes and deliver best-in-class client reporting solutions.
