• You pilot the integration of the new central kitchen by coordinating business teams, logistics and IT partners to ensure a smooth, coherent and aligned project with strategic objectives.
• You translate the needs of the ground into concrete solutions. You analyze processes, clarify expectations, and build simple, efficient and operationally responsive information flows.
• You orchestrate the digitalization of the production chain. You connect tools, secure data exchange and facilitate the transition to more efficient and reliable working methods.

Required

• 2-5 years of experience in project management: with expertise in trade integration.
• Studies completed (UK/PSE, HES, ES): with certification in project management methodology and change management.
• Project Management and Global Vision: You manage complex projects with methodology. You stay on course even when several teams advance in parallel and you turn the goals into visible and measurable results.
• Transverse leadership and influence: You bring together different profiles around the same direction. You communicate with impact, facilitate exchanges and gain acceptance thanks to your credibility and your sense of collective.
• Understanding industrial environments: You understand the challenges of production, logistics and supply chain. You quickly identify critical points and propose pragmatic solutions that create value.
• Available for regular travel between Geneva and Ecublens in the project.

Recruitment process

• Pre-selection of files: We constantly review the applications received, pre-screen and forward them to the manager. The decision to pursue or eliminate the recruitment process is communicated by telephone or e-mail. Return time: up to 3 weeks
• Personality/performance test: Under certain conditions, we take an additional step, the personality test (BIP, scale test or similar) to support the selection. • Offer and establishment of contract (digital): The main points of the contract are checked again after our verbal job offer. The establishment of the contract is then initiated by mutual agreement before being sent by e-mail for digital signature. Return time: up to 1 week
