Your team

Join the Customer Business Compliance team AML – Tax & Regulatory Lifecycle – GVA , a dynamic team at the heart of the Bank's tax and regulatory issues.

As part of a term contract (CDM), you will analyze the customer tax documentation (FATCA/QI/CRS), ensure compliance with our internal rules and guidelines, and put your expertise at the service of the front office to secure and optimize our processes throughout the customer life cycle.

Your role

Managing Client Tax Data

• Analyze and verify compliance of tax documents and instructions related to requests for changes to accounts receivable.
• Accurately record changes, benefits, documents and other customer data in the underlying banking systems.
• Conduct quality checks, investigations and follow-up on necessary corrections.

Support and collaboration

• Provide proactive support to managers and relationship managers by answering their questions and processing their requests for information.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure rigorous enforcement of existing regulations, taxation and directives.

Your profile

• Bachelor/Master, ideally with first experience in the banking sector
• Ability to rapidly assimilate complex and transversal processes.
• Customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent mastery of computer tools, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). The knowledge of Avaloq banking tool, an asset.
• Team spirit developed and ability to collaborate effectively with different interlocutors.
• Quality orientation, with an analytical mind and great attention to detail.
• Curiosity, innovation and taste for continuous process improvement.
• Current mastery of French and English, both in writing and in oral.
• Residence in Switzerland compulsory.

Your initiative, your ability to find solutions while assessing risks and your proactivity will be important assets in carrying out your business.
