- Business Application Support Specialist – Finance (80-100%) A Business Application Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability, availability, and optimal performance of banking applications.
- This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a reliable banking application environment.
- He is responsible for providing to the employees and to customers of Lombard Odier group with functional support applications in Finance domain.
- This support team’s main mission is the satisfaction and trust of colleagues and clients. YOUR ROLE
- Identify, resolve and troubleshoot all Functional Support issues for finance and accounting applications.
- Participating in quality controls and documentation of new applications releases notes.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure SLAs are met and the service is on time and reliable.
- Escalate major incidents to the incident management team to ensure timely resolution.

- Actively contribute to enhance the day-to-day process of the team by improvement proposals to the head of Application Support YOUR PROFILE Master’s degree in IT or Finance
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or as an Auditor in the banking and financial sector is an advantage SAP BI knowledge is an advantage
