Role overview
Introduction For our Information Systems division , we are looking for a Business Analyst (H/F) whose main mission will be to design applications and maintain processes related to Purchasing activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the operational link between the business and the Build teams
- Contribute to the transformation programme aimed at implementing the management processes and tools between Rolex and its suppliers through a SRM portal (Ivalua)
- Monitor business needs and requirements (functional specifications), in collaboration with the Business Process Owners
- Participate in the implementation of the solution, including the testing and business support phases
- Ensure compliance with the established processes, including interfaces between Ivalua and several SAP instances
- Coordinate actions with SI teams
- Ensure that the standard good practices of the solution are respected
- Develop and maintain applications
- Manage incidents
- Analyze, encrypt and plan evolution requests related to the Purchasing function Profile
- University training in management computing, or equivalent training
- Technical and functional experience in the field of SRM (Ivalua) and/or ERP (SAP)
- Ability to reformulate users' needs for computer functionality
- Methodology and good knowledge of session and communication facilitation tools
- Rigor and good analysis capacity
- A sense of communication and ability to work in a team
- Good relational and adaptive skills
