For our Purchasing, Support & Infrastructure division, we are looking for a Building Techniques Designer CVCS whose main mission will be to develop plans and diagrams, size and coordinate heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation installations.

- For our Purchasing, Support & Infrastructure division, we are looking for a Building Techniques Designer CVCS whose main mission will be to develop plans and diagrams, size and coordinate heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation installations.
- Develop the technical projects entrusted to him in collaboration with the project manager
- Participate in coordination meetings and synthesize information
- Hold a CFC as a building techniques designer Heating / Ventilation or equivalent
- Solid experience in various CVCS techniques in the industrial sector
Main responsibilities
- Develop the technical projects entrusted to him in collaboration with the project manager
- Participate in coordination meetings and synthesize information
- Size hydraulic heating, ventilation, sanitation networks
- Select materials according to technical guidelines
- Coordinate installations on plan jointly with the electrical counterpart Take measurements on site in operation
- Create plans, sections and model CVCS installations using Autocad / Revit
- Integrate the BIM methodology implemented in the company Establish principle diagrams Control, verify and update revision plans
Key requirements
- Hold a CFC as a building techniques designer Heating / Ventilation or equivalent
- Solid experience in various CVCS techniques in the industrial sector
- Good knowledge of current standards according to SIA Good mastery of BIM methodology / tool Rigor, attention to detail and precision Mastery of Autocad and Revit tools Mastery of main office software
