As part of a team of three people making up the IT Internal Audit of the Edmond de Rothschild Group's IT Internal Audit sector, you carry out independent audit missions relating to the different IT (Information Technology) environments of the EdR Group's activities (mainly Private Banking and Asset Management) in Switzerland and abroad. These missions can either be dedicated to the IT field or consist of collaboration on the IT aspect of a general mission. In this context, you write reports listing findings, issue recommendations and ensure the proper implementation of the action plans associated with them. Reporting to the IT Internal Audit Manager, you will join the Group's Internal Audit sector, whose members are spread across several other geographies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Role of mission manager and member of the IT audit team
• Active participation in presentation sessions of the results of audit missions to the auditees and to Management
• Participation in the implementation of a Data Analytics approach at the level of the Internal Audit sector.
• Monitoring the implementation of recommendations from previously issued IT audit missions
• In liaison with his manager, participation in the development of internal audit risk mapping in the IT field, with the aim of establishing the multi-year audit plan
• In liaison with his manager, participation in the development of the annual planning (allocation of resources according to the priorities defined in the multi-year plan)
• Participation in different project groups as part of the continuous improvement process of the Audit sector
• In liaison with his manager, participation in the establishment of recurring reports for the attention of the Audit Committee (summary reports, activity reports, etc.)
• Participation in investigative missions (forensic)
• Sharing knowledge on the evolution of the Group's IT organization with the rest of the sector
• Maintaining skills: continuing training essential
• Travel abroad: 2 to 3 weeks per year in principle

PROFILE

• University training in economics, information systems management and/or finance (Master)
• Approximately 3 years of professional experience as an internal or external auditor in the field of banking or financial IT OR significant experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager in a banking IT department.
• Good knowledge of Asset Management and Private Management, an asset.
• Good general knowledge of IT processes, IT Risk and IT Governance
• Native French or English language and excellent command of the other language.
