Your team

In order to strengthen the Receptionists & Waiters service of its Group Corporate Services division in Geneva, we are looking for one:

Husband/Ear (100%)

Your role

Mission To ensure the reception of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome external and internal clients.
• Direct customers to the floors so that they are taken over by receptionists, their respective managers or the client caisse.
• Call taxis.
• Ensure the security of the customer lobby.
• Please provide tourist information (hotels, restaurants, etc.).
• Participate in the service at external and internal events.
• Provide valet service on an ad hoc basis.

Your profile

• Hotel training.
• Experience in reception in luxury hotels (5 stars), with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Good knowledge of common office tools; knowledge of the Lotus Notes collaborative work software: a plus.
• Excellent presentation and irreproachable reception.
• Absolute discussion, integrity, diplomacy, accuracy and punctuality.
• A sense of customer service.
• Possession of a driving licence (type B121/TPP: an asset)
• Spoken languages: French, English; other language: an advantage.
• Home in Switzerland required.
