• Manage the store in the absence of the manager. You take over to ensure optimal operation and continuity in operations.
• Pilot assigned sectors and achieve profitability objectives. You analyze performance and implement concrete actions to maximize results.
• Lead your team by promoting autonomy and leadership. You create a positive working climate and engage each employee to give the best of himself.
• Analyze performance and implement corrective actions. You identify gaps, adjust strategies and ensure rigorous monitoring of key indicators.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and HACCP standards. You ensure that every procedure is followed to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

Required

• 3 years minimum experience: in a retail business with team management.
• Leadership: You inspire your team, give constructive feedback and encourage collaboration. You know how to mobilize energy to achieve ambitious goals.
• Analysis and management: You interpret the numbers accurately and make strategic decisions based on the data. You can anticipate and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customer orientation: You are listening, you advise and offer an irreproachable service. You make each customer visit a positive and memorable experience.
• Studies completed (Uni/EFP, HES, ES)
• French (Good Mastery)
