Full description

• Daily support for two beneficiaries with TSA and challenging behaviours, in an intensive and individualised setting
• Co-build, implement and adjust individual support projects
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Actively participate in the evaluation of practices and their evolution
• Promote appropriate activities, socialization and outreach to the outside world, taking into account the capacities of each person
• SWC of socio-educational assistant or equivalent, if foreign diploma SEFRI recognition compulsory
• Knowledge of the ASD and/or stated willingness to develop in depth.
• Experience in accompaniment or public care with challenging behaviours and complex situations: an important asset.
• A strong interest in innovative approaches, research and application of internationally recognized best practices.
• High interest and/or experience in interdisciplinary work
• Flexibility, high adaptability, teamwork and motivation to contribute to a large-scale project.
• Mastery of French and common office tools.
• To master the French language.
