For its buildings with supervision for the elderly ( IEPA ). The latter consist of independent housing, with full tenants for the elderly, as well as common premises for various activities, allowing them to remain autonomous in a secure environment. Your missions and responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany tenants in the fulfillment of daily life's actions
• Ensure the well-being of tenants, maintain self-reliance while respecting personal and social needs
• Identify the tenant's needs regarding the organisation of his daily life
• Propose and organize activities by encouraging the participation of tenants
• Observe and transmit to the social manager changes in the health of tenants and any changes in their situation
• Contribute to the proper functioning of the dining room, perform various administrative and stewardship tasks
• Ensure the security of the building and tenants.
• SWC (CFC-ESA) or training deemed equivalent
• Minimum three years of professional practice in the trade, especially in the organisation of animations
• Good knowledge of the Geneva care network
• Social and sense of contact
• Experience with or interest in the elderly
• Perfect mastery of spoken and written French
• versatility, organization, autonomy
• Good command of office tools (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
