Your Mission Within the SSR Staff, you are committed from now on or on a date to be appropriate for the administrative and organisational support of the Co-Directorate and members of the Staff Management Team:

• assume responsibility for the proactive, forward-looking and intelligent management of the agenda, including the appointment of certain members of the Directorate of Staff
• as a reference person within the Secretariat and in conjunction with the current colleague, keep the overview of General Staff affairs
• carrying out small work such as preparing presentations and verbatim reporting
• organize retreats and events of the General Staff
• managing staff intranet contributions
• providing support on business trips Your profile
• Greater organizational sense and service-oriented attitude
• Proactive and prospective reflection
• Vivacity of mind and sharp sense of communication with different interlocutors at all hierarchical levels
• Digital age and experience of MS 365 tools
• Editorial and oral knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German or French; good knowledge of at least one other national language What we offer you

This includes SSR conduct processes, business development, process optimization, legal issues, and management of SSR partners.
