As part of a major programme to transform and modernize its information system, our client, the Bank's reference player, is strengthening its Enterprise Solution Architecture practice. We are looking for a Senior Architect Solution capable of designing target architectures, supporting IT and business teams and contributing to the modernization of platforms to Cloud, DevOps and API-driven environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable, reliable, secure and resilient IT solutions.
• Define and support the implementation of target functional and technical architectures.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and support them in DevOps, Private/Public Cloud and Containerization transformations.
• Guide project managers and business teams to target functional architecture.
• Collaborate with many stakeholders: Security, Data Governance, Operational Resilience, Data Protection, Legal, Compliance, Architecture and IT Delivery teams.
• Ensure consistency of solutions with business architecture standards.
• Maintain the architecture documentation and the Enterprise Architecture repository: Confluence, My-Carto , Solution Design documentation.
• Support initiatives to modernize and integrate emerging technologies, including IA, Machine Learning and Blockchain.
• Bachelor or Master in Computer, IT or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years of experience as Solution Architect and/or Tech Lead.
• Strong experience in Swiss and international Private Banking .
• Good functional understanding of one or more areas:

• Ability to work with both trade teams and technical experts and control functions.
• Excellent ability to unite transversal teams around a target architecture.
