- During your three-year training you will get an insight into different departments and be used in the following working situations: receiving and forwarding banking customers consulting banking customers
- supporting banking customers via digital channels assisting in the consulting of customers
- preparing and processing banking operations
- In the various departments you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical instructors.
- You can complete the training with us either in the EFZ extended basic education or with professional maturity. Requirements School language:
- Completed people level at top level with good grades Very good German knowledge, oral & written
- With professional personality: Very good performance at top level, passed entrance exam Personal: Enjoying contact and communication Enjoying learning Teamwork Reliability and accurate working Open to new things Interests:
- Enjoy everyday banking and customer contact
- Trends and developments in the professional field and in the industry
